DANCERCISE     WORKSHOP     18th August 7.30pm - 8.30pm Suitable for all abilities, ages 20 - 50+ yrs  at Greenwood Centre, Green St Green                     **details below** Join us for our one-off workshops this Summer Try the fun way to exercise, meet friends, laugh & enjoy  Mixing dance & aerobics in short summery routines to brighten your day even if the sun isn't out ! ONE WORKSHOP FREE when you email us for a voucher or £5 on the door Plus at the end of the workshop you can buy our next course at a 20% discount or take away our 10% discount voucher. (normal discount terms apply - see regular classes detail) And don't worry if you don't consider yourself a dancer, the dances will include a selection of familiar dance or aerobic moves as well as learning something new.  And we use the warm up to practice these steps too. TAP WORKSHOP   18th August 8.30pm - 9.30pm Suitable for all abilities, ages 20 - 50+ yrs  at Greenwood Centre, Green St Green   **details below** Join us for our one-off workshops this Summer Try Tap - a great way to exercise, beat away stress, be creative & have fun  Short sunny routines to get your toes tapping even if we are 'Singing in the Rain' this British Summer Time !  ONE WORKSHOP FREE when you email us for a voucher or £5 on the door Plus at the end of the workshop you can buy 5 further classes for when we return on 8 September 2010 at £15 - that's 40% discount or take away our 10% discount voucher to use on our Tap 10 Class card.
